Santos tem um novo point para quem rema de Stand Up: é a SUP Six, que oferece hospedagem de SUPs, vestiário, barraca de praia, aula para iniciantes e treinamento para intermediários e avançados.
Segundo Rodrigo de Deus, professor credenciado pelo Conselho Regional de Educação Física, responsável pelas aulas, a SUP Six conta ainda com equipamentos de primeira linha para locação e venda.
“O objetivo é fazer um ponto de encontro, como um clube, então logo mais vamos promover eventos para reunir os remadores e estimular a qualidade de vida”, afirma Rodrigo, que é também um dos sócios do empreendimento.
A SUP Six fica na Rua Januário dos Santos, 232, quase esquina com a praia, no bairro da Aparecida, próximo ao canal 6.

Golden Breed - Anos dourados do surf
Golden Breed é um clássico da cinematografia do surf. Produzido nos anos 60, é um filme emblemático ao mostrar a transição dos pranchões para as mini-models.
No começo do anos 2000, foi trazido ao Brasil pelo longboarder Rafael Sobral, autor de Hanging Together, que legendou em português esta pequena obra-prima do surf internacional.
